We are looking for someone with networking, sales or recruitment experience in any fast paced sector as, you will need to develop new ideas and initiatives to find and develop clients and CAREGivers and just as importantly ensure they always feel part of our culture and family throughout their career with Home Instead. No experience in care is required just a desire to make a difference.


Objective:

The Networker is responsible for ensuring achievement of revenue objectives for the assigned territory.  Revenue is to be generated from a variety of Sales and Marketing duties, including researching and pursuing new referral sources, together with enhancing and maintaining relationships with existing referral sources. 

The Recruiter aspect of the role entails implementing a range of recruitment strategies to recruit CAREGivers throughout the year, as well as responding to employment enquiries in a friendly, timely and professional manner. 

The Role:
  • To build relationships within the community, including local businesses, community organisations and large companies.
  • Develop marketing and promotional activities
  • Keep all adverts, marketing materials up to date
  • Maintain and update all recruitment and networking databases and referral files
  • Achieve targeted figures
  • To be able to plan and maintain recruitment and networking campaigns
 Person Spec:
  • Must have sales or recruitment experience
  • Must have experience in preparing and managing promotional campaigns
  • Must have an understanding of sales and marketing within local communities
  • Educated to A level standard as a minimum including GCSE’s A-C in Maths and English

The salary is £18k - £20k basic with additional incentives.
