An outstanding career opportunity has arisen for an aspiring recruitment consultant to join the country’s leading home care organisation.

We are looking for someone with recruitment experience in any fast-paced sector who can create and deliver a pro-active recruitment strategy positioning Home Instead as the employer of choice in the home care sector. Care experience is not required.

 You will need to develop new ideas and initiatives to find and recruit new talented CAREGivers and just as importantly ensure they always feel part of our culture and family throughout their career with Home Instead.

The Role:

The Job Role
  • To manage all aspects of Recruitment including Attraction, on boarding and retention.
  • Interview and assess all candidates for suitability and culture fit.
  • Perform all relevant background checks including obtaining Identification, References, DBS checks.
  • Keeping all adverts, job boards, marketing materials up to date.
  • Maintain all recruitment databases.
  • Achieve Targeted recruitment figures.
  • To be able to plan and maintain recruitment drives.
  • Looking at ways to raise our profile within the local area and attracting potential candidates to work for us.
 What experience do I need?
  • Must have recruitment experience
  • Must have experience in preparing and managing recruitment campaigns
  • Must understand recruitment legislation including DBS checks, referencing and ID checks
  • Minimum of 5 GCSE’s A-C including Maths and English
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent networking skills
