More About The Role:
Office Support Assistants are expected to perform a variety of office admin duties as well as answering phones, and supporting other staff members with various day to day tasks to assist with the smooth running of our first class domiciliary care service. In particular this will involve assisting the current recruitment, admin and scheduling function. Another key aspect of the job is client facing; getting out into the community visiting clients, collecting and reviewing activity logs and covering care visits as and when required. To get used to the way we work the first two or three months will predominantly involve getting out and delivering hands on care to our fab clients.

It is crucial that the individual is genuinely passionate about providing top notch care to seniors in our area and the individual will be expected to undertake some care visits themselves as part of their day to day role. The role also requires sharing the on-call rota, which will include manning the on-call phone one week & weekend on a rota basis.

  • Ability to work 0800-1630 (with some flexibility) & live within a short commute of our Peterborough office.
Salary circa £18-19,500 DOE
