CAREGiver of the Year

Our CAREGiver of the year award provides us with the opportunity to recognise and reward the amazing support our CAREGivers provide to their clients day in and day out.

Each year our offices are asked to nominate a CAREGiver from their office, someone who regularly has great feedback from clients and their families, who understands their clients’ needs and has forged supportive relationships.

Each entry is reviewed by our judging panel, the CAREGivers are interviewed and twelve regional finalists are selected from the hundreds of entries across the country. 

We are always overwhelmed by the dedication and commitment that our CAREGivers have shown - and their consistent passion for delivering the high-quality service we provide.

All our CAREGivers say it's so important to make their clients smile.  All go above and beyond in their desire to keep clients safe and more importantly care for them with a high level of self-esteem, dignity and joy.

The Regional Finalists are invited to the Annual Conference, where the winner is announced and awarded
